Ordered a part for my pool heater on 5/20. I was told it would be here by 5/22 if not 5/26 due to Memorial Day. I paid for this part and another part in store the day I ordered it. I received the more expensive of the two parts but not the other. I have called and asked the status of this part multiple times and gotten the runaround each time. It is now 6/6 and I still do not have this part. It’s not coming from far away. It’s coming from Indianapolis, why has it been 17 days with no update, no information, no option to cancel or offer a refund? I even spent $20 over the price I found this par…

Naqua Tech replaced our in-ground pool liner nearly four years ago, and it is still as tight and beautiful as the day it was installed. We upgraded to a higher-mil, higher-quality liner, and it has absolutely been worth every penny for the added durability and longevity. Although we had to wait until mid-season for the installation, it was well worth it. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable, which made the entire experience a positive one. I highly recommend Naqua Tech to anyone needing a pool liner replacement.

BEWARE! DONT HIRE FOR POOL MAINTENANCE! I would give no stars if I could. Being a fellow business owner of Laporte County, I must say the customer service has been beyond the worst! A total disappointment. I hired Naqua to vacuum my pool due to the fact we are extremely busy & don’t have the time or a vacuum hose. Two female employees came over to vacuum the pool. Long story short- they vacuumed rocks in my pool pump on filter. Over the winter a sand bag had fell into the pool from high winds, I was using that to hold my cover. We utilized them for a pool inspection in April. Moving forward, our inspection was deemed satisfactory. Unfortunately, one return fitting exhibited a leak, which I am unsure of how this was missed due to a cosmetic issue with the return jet. It is likely that a dye test would have been beneficial. I have been informed by a pool company on two different occasions by different individuals that my fittings are not high pressure pool fittings, they are regular plumbing fittings for indoor use, which was not noted as well my inspection. Needed a new pool liner and reached out to Naqua Tech. They came out and measured and provided a thorough estimate. The installation crew of George and Gina did a remarkable job of installing the new liner. After installation had one small issue and called Mike at Naqua Tech and within 24 hours George and Gina returned and fixed the issue promptly.
