Absolutely unacceptable experience. As a first-time pool owner, I trusted their guidance and was sold a pile of unnecessary chemicals I did not need. When I realized this and attempted to return the items unopened, I was flat-out refused. To make matters worse, the woman they pulled from the back to confirm the “no return” policy was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was zero effort to help, explain, or make the situation right. Have always used Paradise and very happy. They are so helpful and I love the gals who test the water because they know what I need to keep my pool sparkling.

Very pleased with our new pool liner! Jim and his helpers work very hard to get the job done just right! The women who work at testing the pool water and extremely helpful and curtious!

I feel that communication could be better . i asked last year to be on a schedule for a new liner this spring . i asked three times but then when i stopped in sometime in February i found out that there was 20 people ahead of me . So i was told that it will be July now and so the pool season will be well under way . they took a deposit for half the price of the liner and the check was cashed immediatly but i havent heard any updates this far .communication means a lot!!!!!

My pool liner was just compldeted. Jim and his crew did a great job. I had to prepay 50 percent last fall and the final half today with the completion. I expected the 2nd payment to increase due to inflation but the total cost was the same as quoted last fall. They use the same brand of liners as a nearby competitor but Paradise Pools was over $1000 less. You cant go wrong with Jim and Paradise Pools.

Mr Troyer installed my new liner in one day by himself in 80 degree temps. Doreen and Mrs Troyer provide excellent advice on pool issues also. Artie Meehan
