I can’t speak to their pool installation skills but I can speak to them kicking up large rocks all over the highway and cracking my windshield. There was a TON of loose rocks flying off the back of their truck. This is indicative of a company that doesn’t seem to care as long as all the damage is behind them and on other vehicles. DO BETTER! Working with all staff/team members at Baker Pool was a fabulous experience. From the beginning to the end, the crew was outstanding. The workmanship is top notch and our pool is operating beautifully. The project manager was incredible. Great communication and planning all the way. Would use Baker again and recommend the company to all. I can see why they have been in business for so long.

Couldn't be happier with our entire project! The end result is exactly what we wanted. They are very professional and made the entire process seamless. Great communication throughout the project. We are now utilizing their ongoing maintenance services for our pool, landscaping and lighting, and irrigation. Highly recommend!

Baker Pool Construction did a wonderful job on our pool project. Timeline was as communicated and ongoing transparent discussion of ideas, decisions and cost throughout the project. We used Baker Pool Construction for the full end-to-end work so landscaping, lighting, irrigation and lawn repair was a turnkey project which was very well orchestrated! We are very pleased with the quality of work, follow-up and the end result. Since completion, service has been outstanding and we would recommend Baker Pool Construction to those who are willing to invest for a quality pool.

Baker and Flora Landscaping have left unfinished work for three years and when asked about it every year, they promise to complete the work but never actually corrected it. We were then sent an invoice. When we called to address the invoice, we were directed to Danielle V. who was condescending. This has not been the first time we have dealt with this Danielle. We asked to speak with someone above her and she continued to argue her position and stated, "For all I care, you can fix it yourself or leave it not fixed. I don't care."
