I couldn’t be happier with our pool! Bi-State has done a phenomenal job. They transformed my small backyard Into an Oasis! We never liked being in our backyard and now I never want to leave it. They showed up every day early in the morning and worked hard all day long. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were respectful to our neighbors. After the pool was complete we had an issue with our pump and they made it their top priority to fix it. I am shocked that I just paid for this service. We called in to politely discuss the service and we were told this is what we should expect? Wow. "If you would like additional cleaning you will need to pay for us to come back out." LOL! Additional cleaning? You didn't clean the pool in the first place and charged me $990.

It is most telling of a business's character when there is an incident and how they address it. I bought a cover from Bi-State Pool and unfortunately there was an issue and they custom-ordered the wrong cover (mistakes happen, I get it). I was worried about a mess to get it resolved. However after just a single email, Bi-State offered two great solutions, either one of which would have made me happy. It was great to have such a customer-focused response. It was my first business with Bi-State but I plan on using them going forward after this experience.

After my Fiberglass pool turned into a mess due to calcium, Bi State took my pool on as a project . they not only did a good Job they did a Fantastic Job no one else wanted to touch . I was pleased with their professionalism and the job was done on time and was reasonably priced . I have now hired them to do my opening , closing and seasonal maintenance. I would HIGHLY recommend this well managed company to anyone .

We have built two pools with Bi-State and continue to have an awesome experience. Nathan and Joe have both gone above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Joe came over after hours to fix a potential problem to prevent any harm to the pool. We are appreciative of Bi-State’s attention to detail and customer service.

Thank you to Bi State pool for bringing back to life a pool in a home we recently purchased. They cleaned out a pool that hasn’t been opened in 10 years and made it look brand new. The technicians were on time and went above and beyond to get it open so we could enjoy it this summer. I would highly recommend them for any of your pool needs.

Bi-State Pool and Spa recently renovated our vinyl-lined pool by adding a tanning ledge and replacing the liner, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Another company had previously told us that renovating a vinyl pool wasn’t worth the trouble and would turn into a nightmare—but Joe proved the exact opposite. Had the worst experience with this company! Paid for the “deluxe” opening and cleaning. Ha! The guy showed up reeking of pot, said he wanted to take a look and see how “trash” my pool was, then complained about having to clean it. After the “deluxe” opening my pool is still completely dirty with tons of crap at the bottom. Called office to ask if this is what I should expect from this service and they said YES! They clean for 50 minutes and anything else I would need to pay more for. Shocking! Will never use again.
