🌟BUY FROM PRESTIGE!!!🌟 You won't regret your decision. I purchased a hot tub from them and have been impressed every step of the way. Sales, Customer Service, and the Delivery Team have been phenomenal. The price was great, the hot tub was delivered in the expected time frame, and I've been informed every step of the way. I've had more follow-up calls than for a doctor's visit and I'm not complaining. We have been customers of Prestige Pools since 2003—over 20 years. While we trusted their service for a long time, our experience over the past several years has been extremely disappointing. Repeated broken promises, lack of follow-through, and poor communication have become the norm. Our pool heater has been out of commission for two full seasons, and we are now starting a third without resolution. They successfully delivered the swim spa in the timeframe they set. Doug the crane operator was great and made sure our driveway was not harmed. Connor and Eli were super helpful in getting the swim spa in exactly the right place and didn’t leave until everything was perfect! Thank you all! Definitely recommend this company

I had Best Buy install a new liner this year and it looks fantastic. Steve did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout. The new liner has no border and it really looks nice. Steve and his co worker were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended

We just recently bought a hot tub from these folks. The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable on the products. We’re very happy what we ended up with. The tub has been delivered set up without a hitch and this company is all about personal service. Highly recommend these folks if you’re interested in hot tubs, pools, and spas!!!

I purchased a Marquis hot tub from Prestige and they have provided excellent customer service. I purchased chemicals and visited for advice on maintenance. I am very pleased with Prestige.
