We had a fantastic experience having our fiberglass pool installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Don was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was honest and forthcoming, and was always friendly, personable, and responsive. Even after the project was complete, he continued to be available whenever we had questions, which meant a lot to us. Todd was also outstanding. We are very happy we chose Blue Haven Pools to do our pool with grotto. It was a large project and they were very willing to try to work around timing of other components of construction as we had the pool done at the same time as we built our new home. Amazingly they were able to end on schedule and we got our pool, fence and Sundeck done before the end of year. We haven't been able to swim in it yet as it was too cold but we are super excited for next year. Donald Kuhn was our designer. I waited to write this review - our install was early March 2026. I take these reviews seriously and wanted to provide a very useful review. It is now June 2026. We have been using the pool consistently now for about 3 weeks, thanks to the heater! The water is clear, does not smell like chlorine, does not burn your eyes or make your skin dry. Managing the pump and chemicals is easy now that we have cleaned the filter a few times, and have gone through all the process with a lot of support and help from Blue Haven. Don Kuhn with Blue Haven designed a beautiful gunite pool that fit our family’s needs! From signing the contract through the build process, his team was very informative of each step of the process that was taking place! We were presented all add on options and never felt pushed into anything. We got exactly what we wanted and we’re so excited to make memories in our own backyard for years and years!

It has taken me a while to write this review and it has been a few years now that we have had our pool. Don Kuhn was our designer and sales rep. He was great. Always communicated well, and always available when we had questions or concerns. We had neighbors who were a little apprehensive about the construction equipment going through their side of the yard and Don made a special trip to talk to them about all their concerns as well. Been referring Don for years now and with a large purchase such as a pool I can’t think of anyone else I would trust. Each time I send him a referral I reach out to who I referred him to during and after the project and to no surprise their review of Don and Blue Haven as a company is always great!
