We couldn’t have had a better experience with PoolTron. They finished everything in 3 months (it would’ve been 2 1/2 months if it weren’t for delays big tree roots caused - not their fault). Everyone was incredibly professional, their work was very well done, and communication was continual. The owner of the company, Gary, would frequently visit around 6 AM to check the progress to make sure he was staying on top of everything, which impressed me. They are not the least expensive option, but this is a permanent structure to your property…this is not the time to go with the low-cost provider. T…
So many great acts of service from Pool-Tron, not just one person but the whole team, the builders, the cleaners, the specialists, most esp the service manager Dave B. We’re in our 4th year, nothing but thanks and gratitude from this pool owner.
PoolTron is truly the best Pool Cleaning/Repair business out there! Also, the customer service is top notch! I’ve been using them for four years and I am an extremely happy client!
Pooltron built our pool and all concrete surrounding as well as a nice gas firepit. The construction crew is top notch. The technicians that troubleshoot the equipment or come out for serious adjustments have been with the company for several years and really know the business. I give them 5 stars for the level of professionalism and service the experienced people at Pooltron have provided over the past 5 years (we are on a weekly maintenance schedule and they open and close each year).
Team was great. Managed to get it done despite the downpour. It was miserable but they were still smiling.
The service was completed in a professional and timely manner….excellent service!! Our pool looks amazing! The technicians always take the time to see if we have any questions or concerns….very knowledgeable guys!!! I highly recommend Pool Tron for all you pool needs! Their efforts are much appreciate!
