The Midwest pool company has done me wonders, I love the people and the staff . They are very friendly and cooperative and also very knowledgeable of how to handle situations. I have been going to their pools for 4 years in a row now and always have a great time while I am there. I recommend people to come out to their pools and get an experience of their own:).

Midwest pool management is a great company. I was a resident of a pool they maintained and I was also an employee for several years. I can say without a doubt I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Everyone in the office is extremely hard working and take pride in their work. They always try to satisfy their customers. Great company in many ways!

This last season started bad, without properly opening the pool and followed with no show guards, demands and rudeness from Midwest Pool leadership. I would not recommend using this company nor supporting any facility they are hired to work. The pools were constantly dirty, guards refused to take out the trash and were frequently inviting their personal friends into the pool to cause chaos.

Midwest Pool Management cannot adequately staff lifeguards for early morning shifts -- chronic problem this summer at the Center of Clayton where they have had a contract for about 20 years.

Thank you for working with our incompetent HOA in getting our pool back open. Our HOA did not pay the bill so you couldn't send out lifeguards. Thank you.
