**Edit after a year of service - unfortunately I had to change my review from five stars to three stars. In the last few months the level of service has declined. There were multiple times where their tech didn’t lock our gate and couldn’t seem to figure out how a padlock and gate latch work. It’s my understanding that the person is no longer with the company but it took multiple complaints before the issue was fixed. Today I got home to what appeared to be a clean pool but checked the strainer basket and pool vacuum that are supposed to be emptied and cleaned and unfortunately that had not been done. The tech takes pictures of the before and after and they send an email of the work that was done. Something didn’t look right in the strainer basket and sure enough, it was still full of leaves and debris. When you pay good money for service, you expect it to be done well. No one is perfect but they’re far from hitting the mark right now. Original review - We've had a few different pool service companies since we put our pool in and Blue Ocean is by far the best. They come on their scheduled day without fail and always give us a heads up so we can get our pups inside. The pool looks great and we're super happy!

Ross did an excellent job explaining equipment to me once everything was installed and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Blue Ocean Pool Service!

Blue Ocean pool service has been amazing. We hired them for our pool start up (brushing) and we ended hiring them for our ongoing pool service. They provide you with detailed weekly cleaning reports which includes sending photos of before and after cleaning as well as closing your gate! I would highly recommend them for service and for a reasonable price.

We had our first service with Blue Ocean last week and it was very positive! Aiden was so nice and professional, the pool looked great when he was done and he left everything nice and clean! They let you know when they’re on the way and you get a full report when they’re done. Great experience so far!

Chris, Shealyn and the Blue Ocean Pool team gave me the most amazing pool replastering experience and we stayed joined at the hip every step of the way. I never felt uninformed and the process was SUPER smooth. I’m excited that I’ve gotten my pool remodeled BEFORE 2026 and during the most ideal time as the weather is changing. Can’t wait for springtime. And I have the Blue Ocean team to thank for this.

We absolutely love the service we receive from Blue Ocean Pools. We have a fairly large pool and it was really difficult to find a company that was not only reasonably priced, but also GOOD at cleaning our pool and balancing the chemicals. These guys really do a great job! I love that I get a text when they’re on the way and then a follow up report when they’re done that includes pictures and a breakdown of what chemicals were added. The technicians always take their time to make sure our pool is actual clean. They never seem rushed. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. Great technicians, great communication and awesome customer service. If you’re looking for a pool company that actually cares and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Blue Ocean Pool!

We recently had a pool built by Denali. Blue Ocean handled all the initial startup activities for the first 10 days after the water went in. Ross Lodge did our final "pool school" - he was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with all my questions. Overall very pleased with their service.

I hired Blue Ocean Pools to resurface and update our pool last May. As part of the contract I received a month of free service and they did such a great job (on both) that I've never looked back. I've been using their pool services ever since and my pool has never looked better! Best part is I don't have to do it myself anymore. :)

We have used Blue Ocean Pool Services since 2023 when we put in our pool and have been very pleased with the level of service and the quality of their work. Our pool is always sparkling clean, refreshing and ready for swimming! The technician lets us know when they will arrive, and then we get an email with before and after pictures when they leave. They even include a picture of the closed gate which, as a dog owner, I really appreciate. I love knowing that Blue Ocean Pools is on the job and taking great care of our beautiful pool!
