I absolutely love Prime Pool Service!!! I have been a pool owner for four years now, and went through my fair share of pool companies before I found Prime Pool Service & I wouldn’t dream of changing companies now. One of the initial things that got my attention was the fact that they are a very pet friendly pool company. The owner came to my house personally, met my dogs and set up full pool service Immediately. Prime comes once a week on the same day at the same time so you know exactly what to expect and when. My pool is scrubbed, vacuumed, netted And all chemicals are balanced every single week. My pool specialist, Noe, Check in with me first thing Monday morning and we communicate throughout the day until my pool is serviced so I know when to expect him and how to prepare my dogs. Not only is he an incredible pool specialist, he has caught some critical repairs before they got to be expensive problems and had them fixed within the day. That’s another reason why I will never use anyone other than Prime. Not only are they a full service pool company, they also offer in house repair repairs at very reasonable price prices. Management was at my house within a two hour window of discovering the problem And my pool was up and running same day. I cannot recommend this company enough! In fact, not only do I use them personally, I use them professionally. Prime is my go to pool inspector for any home I get under contract that has a pool. They are the very best!

I’ve been with Prime Pool for two years and they have always provide good service. They take good care of the pool and are very responsible and personable. Noah at Prime Pool is always going above and beyond and communicates all issues no matter how big or small. I recommend them 100%.

After 20 plus years we’re getting the pool replastered. The “chip out crew” of Constantino, Steve and Bernardo did what we consider to be a fantastic job. The worked hard, were friendly, respectful of property and left the pool area cleaner than found it. Great job!

I have been using Prime Pool Services for a year now. After going through several other companies, this has by far been the best experience. I enjoy knowing everything is taken care of while traveling. Getting the picture updates gives me peace of mind and reassurance that they actually visited my pool. Thanks again for your service.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They diagnosed my pool issue and told me the part would be ordered, but more than 10 days passed without a single proactive update. Every time I called, I was told “tomorrow,” yet nothing ever changed. This is the second time they’ve mishandled the repair process, and I had to take time from my own job just to chase basic information that should have been provided by their team. Professional communication and follow-through are clearly lacking. I ultimately had to ask for my part back because I no longer had confidence that the repair would ever be completed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Graham from Prime Pool Service was prompt, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and was a huge help in getting our lights fixed and our pool equipment running again in an expeditious manner! I would recommend him anytime to anyone!!

Absolutely Love Prime Pool Service! They returned my call promptly and came out to give me a quote right away. They show up on time and do an amazing job at keeping my pool beautiful and safe. I love coming home to my clean pool on the day they come to do my service.

Prime does a great job with our pool service. We had a bad chlorine lock and they got us on a plan and water has been clear all summer. Service has been great and we don’t have to stress about cleaning or adding chemicals every week or everytime we want to get it.
