My experience with Brown Pools from getting a quote to the final installation was excellent. We had the linner in our pool and the main drain replaced. Everyone from sales, scheduling and installation was honest, knowledgeable and all did an awesome job. The measurements for the linner were so exact that the linner fit like a glove before filling the pool with water. The time frame from ordering the linner to completion was great

I will never deal with this company again. I've tried being nice and that's not worked. Now comes the review, pictures, and contacting bullfrog. Witch is very hard to do I've come to find out. This $20,000 spa has not worked right from day one. They came out to repair it and did not tell me he was at my house I didn't know until he was leaving. Then I called to tell them that it was not put back together right and I was worried about the insulation he had to remove to do the repair. I also said I didn't like the fact that I just spent 20k on a spa and they are having to pull it apart to fix i…

Beware of Brown's Pool. They installed a 20 yr 27 mill liner for me with a 100% warranty for 5 years. The liner slid toward the deep end during installation and filling of water. They continues saying it was ok. It failed in 4 yrs 11 months and they walked away saying it was not their problem call the manufacturer. Beware of Brown's pool.

Bought a bullfrog x series. Pump 2 goes out in the first year. Warranty service replaced it after like others are saying games were played by the service company. Leak happens again on pump 2 after paying them to come look this time not under warranty even though they are the only ones turning wrenches on the tub. Shady service and mediocre tub. The bill left on the doorstep was 279$ cc on file was charged 297.73. No response when I’ve called and texted the same number that they used to text to schedule the service.
