Patterson Homes was recommended by the restoration company. They took care of all the repairs in a timely manner and worked with my insurance throughout the whole process. They were professional, thorough and attentive to detail from beginning to the end.

We would highly recommend Patterson Homes & Remodeling to anyone planning a remodeling project! We worked with Dean Alonzo to replace tile in several areas of our home, and completely remodel our master bathroom—he was fantastic. From the time he came and gave us a quote, we knew we wanted to work with him. Jorge and his tile crew were meticulous and created a huge curbless walk-in shower on a post tension slab that is the foundation of our home. I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Patterson. I worked with Roger specifically. We are a busy cancer center and scheduling was hard as we could not interrupt patient appointments, they worked with us and were so flexible on the hours and time frames we needed. The work was done when they said it was going to be done. The only slight issue we had was a few glue spots that came up from the flooring that was not dry yet, however they came out right away to correct the issue. I have and will always recommend this company!

I had an excellent experience with Bradley start to finish. Bradley made the entire process seamless by keeping me informed, answering all of my questions, and making sure everything stayed on track. My Grandparents house had flooding inside, both are older & didn’t want a mess or people in & out of their home working. We got ahold of Patterson Homes, Will Wilson came out met both my Grandparents with such kindness & explained all that would be done. They were so impressed by the work & kindness of Will that my Grandfather had a doctors appointment & usually my Grandma always goes with but she wanted to stay just to talk while he was working. Patterson Homes & Will Wilson are very honest & do amazing work. We will ALWAYS recommend this company
