Bryan and his team completed a pool for us at our home in Matthews this summer, and we're thrilled with the outcome. From the beginning of the project to the end, their communication was excellent, their timelines were always on track, and their quality was superb. We had the opportunity to work with Rob as our project manager, and he was on top of the project from beginning to end. I’ll just say it’s a good thing Bryan and the team at Charlotte pool company don’t take as long as I do to get stuff done… like write this review for instance. Bryan and the team helped us build our dream pool 18 months ago. They were well organized, well scheduled and the price was right! This summer, we accomplished an amazing project in a very short time together with Charlotte Pool Company. While we were in Europe for a couple of months, their team managed to design and complete our custom 50-foot pool — entirely on schedule. Despite the project’s complexity and tight timeline, their organization and professionalism were truly impressive. We had an outstanding experience working with Bryan and his team from start to finish. The entire project stayed on schedule and on budget, and I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently such a large project moved.
