At the beginning, Alfonso and his team seemed professional and the project appeared to go well. Unfortunately, not long after the pool plaster was completed, significant discoloration and appearance issues began developing throughout the pool. Since then, the situation has only continued getting worse. Instead of standing behind their work and taking responsibility for resolving the issue, the blame was repeatedly shifted to the material supplier and other parties…

I had a very bad experience with Chihuahua pool plastering. They plastered my pool, and within just 3 months, the plaster started looking distressed. It has now been just over one year, and the plaster looks 10 YEARS OLD. It is pitted, and discolored. IT LOOKS MUCH WORSE NOW THAN BEFORE HE PLASTERED IT! The owner, Manuel has refused to even come look at his terrible workmanship. Other professionals have told me that he used very cheap and low quality materials, and recommend I sue him for a refund. I regret ever using this company, and feel completely ripped off!

I’ve had two pools done by this company. One in my first home back in 2011 and recently in 2021. I was so very impressed with the work the first time around that when my husband and I expanded our family and bought our second home it was a relief to know we could call Alfonso and have the same quality of work done in our new home. We were given a fair and honest quote for the job. The crew stayed on schedule as discussed. & the quality of work has stood the test of time. These guys really met and exceeded all of our expectations and I can not recommend them enough!
