We signed and paid a >$50k deposit in early July 2024. Eight months later there was still no permit, no confirmed material orders to site, and no work started. We were repeatedly told “you’re next” and “within weeks,” but dates slipped with no firm schedule. In June 2025—nearly a year after paying—they were still saying we were “next.” Key facts: - Deposit (July 2024): Months of “paperwork is submitted” messages, yet we never received a permit number or proof of submittal/approval. CLE pools and Spas, now American Earth pools review. From the very first contact the sales representative was extremely helpful. Unlike other pool company's I contacted. They sent me a document that itemized each detail and cost I knew day one what my installation would cost The installation team moved my install up a month earlier then expected. They worked long hours making sure everything was perfect. In about three days my pool was installed and filled. The followup team came a few days later to prep for concrete. The next day they poured and finished. Beautiful job .

Met with Derrick today. Such a smooth process. Incredible to have genuine contractors out here still. The whole family is in very high anticipation for the first dip in our quality and professional pool install.
