UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot think of a time that I have ever left a review before this but these guys were so good that I had to go out of my way to do so! Dave and his crew were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were wonderful. They did all this work and if you look at my yard, you would literally never know. They were so cautious and respectful of everything they did. I wish I could give more stars. I am completely new to the pool care world. We bought a home with an inground and I had no idea how to take care of it. The guys came out and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of care. Then when I hit bump, Laura answer every call and patiently walking me through troubleshooting until we found a solution. I could not be more grateful for their help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The service and quality that Dave and his team provided to our family late last year was exceptional. The crew was on time every day and stayed with our project until it was completed. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we look forward to using the service each and every year to open and close the pool. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Deca Pools installed our pool close to 30 years ago and have been amazing to deal with ever since! We've not had any problems with our pool other than regular wear and maintenance over the years. Anytime we've reached out to them for assistance they've been there without hesitation. Such a humble family ran business, we'd suggest them to anyone for anything from service and supplies to the installation of a new quality pool!

Over priced. Very rude customer service from Laura. She's not very helpful with answering questions. Acts like the phone call is a bother to her.

Deca pools is literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. And the main lady is the rudest most unprofessional person. Never would I wish their service on my worst enemy.
