This company is awful. They put the pool in the ground before they even had a permit. They splashed concrete all over my house and the vehicles in the driveway. They backed a truck into the side of my house and refused to pay for it to be fixed. They trampled the brand new sod. Marina is a liar and her husband showed up two times for the entire project. Steer clear. Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

We were so glad we went with Ohio Custom Pool and Patio for our pool project. They were always very responsive and great at communicating timeline, next steps, status updates, etc. Everyone on the team was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall extremely pleased with our final product and the process!

From excavation to equipment hookup, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences we've ever had with a contractor. To start, they failed to dig the hole deep enough for our fiberglass pool, requiring them to dig deeper and reset to align with the patio pavers. Then they poured a sloped concrete pad that pitched toward our home’s foundation — which began crumbling almost immediately. Their response? “It’s just a pool pad.” But the most annoying issue? Cole and his entire crew were amazing and went above and beyond. They worked tirelessly and were very respectful when answering our countless questions about the pool install. Marina was patient with us despite our impatience and was very helpful and kind. While the project took longer than expected due to the miserable Ohio weather, we are very happy with the outcome.

We hired OCPP to install a pool and related hardscaping, including a retaining wall, in our backyard in 2020. OCPP subcontracted Wolfscape to do the hardscaping. The work was completed in 2021. Over the last five years, the coping on the retaining wall and on our spa deck became increasingly loose and the retaining wall became increasingly separated and bowed (see pictures). When I contacted OCPP, I was told that the project is out of warranty and neither OCPP nor Wolfscape would make any accommodation for repairs of the obviously shoddy work.
