I enrolled my daughter in a swimming lesson recently. This is what happened to us. The first day went well, my daughter had a great time. The second day the swimming lesson won't start till 9:15 (it was supposed to start at 9:00), and only one coach showed up (There are 9 kids in total (a few level I and others level II)). I tried to tell the lady in the office what's happened right after the swimming lesson. This is what I got from her. "The class will start promptly every other day. And one coach is sick today. Such a great company. Pools and pool decks are always clean, pool temperature is always perfect and the water is great, guards are so sweet and approachable, observing the pool every second and always doing something productive, never on their phones. Have never had a problem with any pool under this company.
