I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Crones Customs. From the very beginning, the team at Crones (Pablo and Ed) made sure to communicate all the details so we understood every step of the process. They were professional and detailed. Most importantly, they made sure we got exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend Crones Customs to anyone looking for a pool and beautiful backyard!

One of the easiest parts of building our new house. Crone Customs and there team was very easy to work with. Both Poblo and Jen where there every step of the way and even after completing the pool the still call and stop by to make sure everything is good. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs. The work they do speaks for its self.

Pablo and crew have been nothing short of amazing! Pool, retaining wall, removing old concrete and adding new... They have delivered everything they have promised. Was just installed over the 2020 holidays and we can’t wait to start using it in the spring!

From the first call I was impressed! The entire team at Crown Customs was knowledgeable and willing to teach! Jen took the time to answer all the questions we had on our initial calls. Pablo then came out to our home to walk us through more of the design options available and construction process. Once we decided to move forward, Pablo and Ed kept us informed on the process and timeline the entire way. The Crone Customs team was nothing short of wonderful to work with throughout every phase of our construction. We explained our family and our needs and they helped design the pool, our outdoor area, and our fire/waterfall feature. It took a few re-designs to hit exactly what we wanted, but that wasn’t their fault. Quite the opposite. Each time we would see the design we would just tweak it a bit based off of some really great discussions and design ideas from Pablo. They never made us feel rushed or bad about our modifications. We had a good experience with Crone Customs Pools. Communication was good. We had a few issues but, they were resolved. They were always quick to answer questions. I would highly recommend them for your in ground pool.
