Had a great experience buying a hot tub from them. When other pool companies were trying to upsell or not returning calls, Raft to Rafters was prompt and walked through all the hot tub options with us. Took the time to answer all questions and were never pushy. We just had the hot tub installed and couldn't be happier with our purchase! Everything from the initial phone call to the in store visit to the install team went smooth.

Bought pool and hot tub last year. Pool hose from pump had a split. Went to store to get a new one. Not under warranty. They had one hose in the whole place. Glad I only needed one. I smiled when he said they only had one. Not because I was happy, but because it's so typical now a days. $40.00 for 1 new hose. Bought two more from Amazon for 28.00 for both.

I rarely fill out reviews, but in this situation it was a must. By far and away this was one of the best construction experiences I have had. If you are thinking about having a pool built, there is no other company I would recommend other than Raft to Rafters. Every part of the experience from the quality of the work, the communication, and the timeliness of the pool construction was exceptional. Save your money do your research. Look at any other company Or possibly a mechanic I’m sure they could do a better job. Incompetence is a prerequisite to work at this place. I had to call about 10 times never getting a resolution or any answers to my problem I was having with my liner being wrinkled. Got tired of waiting so called another company who completely got the liner fixed and Pool filled with water. How is this place in business?

Hours said they should be open, but door was locked. Probably due to holiday weekend. I'll try back during the week.

Customer service never gets back to you, the owner hides behind the employees without returning phone calls and they bill you for services never rendered!
