Brent at Custom Pools is awesome. Super attentive and reliable. I knew if he said he was going to do something it would get done. We ordered a custom swimming pool cover. Right away they came out to measure and when it arrived they installed it to make sure it fit and even took it back off because it is summer time and we wanted to use the pool. Very professional and really kind. I do recommend custom pools LLC if you need any kind of service they offer!

Custom Pools has called me a liar on a public forum, that is a level of professionalism that speaks vole to lack of umes. My cover has never been working correctly, it has failed to open more than once, still doesn't close all the way. They claim on on their schedule but nothing fixed after 2 years. They keep coming out and telling me there is nothing wrong. When filter and heater quit running they told me to clean Tcells, which pretty sure they should have done when pool was opened. They claimed they did not need cleaned. Then I called about filter not running and they suggested I CLEAN …

Brent went above and beyond of what I expected.. saw my pool and gave me the best options. very communicative and kind.

19 years ago Mike and his team built our pool and we have had zero issues with it. The pool has held up and still looks great! This year we needed a new filter, chlorinator, and basically update all the above ground plumbing. Mike, the owner, did the work himself at a fair price. Couldn't be any happier with the job!

Just love this place, very friendly worker “ Brent” was there to help us with all our pool needs!!! I have been a customer a long time n miss the funny , sassy dad who owned the place. But the same family still owns it n they are great !
