Called them to have our pool opened, and they quoted us $497. The day of the service, I greeted the people working on the pool and spoke with them 2 additional times during the process. A day later my card was charged $827. My husband called immediately to see why. The person answering the phone said they needed to use more chemicals (in our salt water pool). He then asked why no one would mention this in their time here to make sure the additional, almost DOUBLE charge was ok. She proceeded to say they can't "chase down approval". We have used Dennis Manning for one closing and one opening so far and are very happy with their service and the quality of their work. They offered advice and helped us understand how to care for our pool, since are first-time pool owners. We are very happy with them.

Kevin and Jason do all the work at our pool from opening to closing and weekly maintenance in between. They are proactive taking care of our equipment and identify problems before they become catastrophies. Fantastic team to have working for us. We love using Dennis Manning Pool's and love the new owners.

We've been using them for many years to open, close and service our pool. When they open our pool, our pool and pool area are always spotless. Deck is power washed and pool water is already almost completely clear, if not perfectly clear. The guy who does maintenance is very good and knowledgeable. He has fixed many problems due to our aging pool system.

These people are very helpful and have stopped me from paying for unnecessary chemicals for my pool. The employees on the phone are also very respectful and patient with me during my time.

I have been a long time customer and every time I have a problem or crisis with my pool and call them, they come out right away, evaluate what needs to be done and take care of it. Matt is the best at all the mechanicals and repair. Customer service is excellent! Thank You!

The lady at the store is the same lady that answers the phone. Very rude and very unprofessional!!!! Did not want to help in any way. Highly not recommend this company.Other people warned me about this lady at the store and I should have listened. She acted like I was bothering her and did nothing to help me . Horrible customer service!!!!!Never going back
