Strangers, questionable surfaces, and the kind of heat that makes you question every decision that led you to that moment. Mike and Todd were amazing. Mike is a great communicator and set great expectations about the process of replacing our filter. He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He informed us of how the new filter works. It was a very clean replacement process. The new filter fits seamlessly. They even took the old sand away so we don’t have to manage it. Highly recommend Pettis for service!

Long story short, we made a "if we're staying in this house, we're going to spend some money and make it nicer to live in." First project - new patio to give a home to a hot tub. We set out with the names of two companies to visit. I often pass Pettis in Fairport, so that was our first stop. Never got to the second. Service was great - Conor was knowledgeable and patient; was more than flexible with finance, scheduling. Delivery was great. Tony Stupia and his crew of Mike, Todd and Todd did a fantastic job opening my pool as well as the replumbing needed with my new variable pump. The replumbing required Tony and team to come back late on a Friday afternoon to complete the job. Above and beyond service completed by a well qualified and well oiled team. Thank you Pettis Pools for such a wonderful crew and support.

I am so impressed with Mike Tony Zack and how they got my pool opened and working. If you ever need anything make sure to ask for one of them. They had a lot of challenges with our in ground pool and at the end they had it running like new. Really appreciate these guys and the work they did. If managers are reading this please give them a raise or bonus.

Zack and Edwin did an excellent job fixing the leak at the pool wall connection. The parts that allow filtered water to return to the pool needed to be replaced. Zack, with his prior knowledge of pool repair, took the lead and showed his understanding of what needed to be done. He, also, installed a union on the return line. Zack and Edwin were consistently very pleasant and professional. Zack and Edwin, thank you! Five stars!!!

Dealing with Pettis Pools has been nothing short of a nightmare from the very beginning. Communication has been abysmal. Not only between Pettis and us (the customers), but also apparently within the company itself. The service manager doesn't communicate with the store manager doesn't communicate with the factory doesn't communicate with the technicians. We're given a date, techs don't show up, we reach out to ask what's going on, the service department sends out perfunctory apologies and tell us how patient we've been and no one knows anything and nothing changes.
