We hired this company to professionally open our pool at our new home because we were excited to start off on the right foot as first-time pool owners. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing from a customer service standpoint. My husband took a day off work to be there for the original appointment, and the company completely no-call/no-showed. We understand delays happen, especially during busy pool season, but nobody contacted us … we had to reach out ourselves after waiting half the day. Oasis did a great job building our pool. Dar was accessible to answer questions and more than fair when they found some hidden site conditions on my property. We are extremely pleased with the end result and looking forward to enjoying our space for many years to come!

Dar and his team did a great job installing our pool! They started sooner than we expected and we were able to swim in a week !! All our questions and concerns in building a pool were addressed positively. Dar and his team were great as we asked the same questions several time to make sure we had it all correct. We are so happy with our beautiful pool!!

The rude and disgruntle employee did nothing but talk about how the owner was getting rich off of her and how she is starting her own pool business while ranting on and on how no one does anything right and she always has to save the day. Heavy set blonde hair woman with a face that looks like a grumpy old stone said her name was Stephanie. She is very unprofessional and not user friendly. I do not appreciate having to have my children's grandmother explain her behavior to them after she left her home.

Looking for a plunge pool. Guy came out with a pamphlet only for him to email later. me saying they’ve changed their policy to only do LARGE FIBERGLASS POOLS. Greedy scammers. Go elsewhere don’t even bother
