Wade with DFW Pool Services was very professional as well as very helpful and knowledgeable when we found ourselves having to have our pool totally remodeled. We were kept informed every step of the way so we felt like we were part of the process. We are very satisfied with our new pool and love it! Wade also worked with us on the financial end of having a pool remodeled and we ended up paying thousands less than what was quoted to us by another pool company in the Dallas area. Great renovation work on our pool. They changed the profile of our spa and replaced all the glass tile. Also cleaned all the glass tile around the pool and sealed our coping. These guys are very professional and courteous. They also stay on schedule. Thanks for a great job for us.

DFW Pool Services has been great to work with. They are always easy to deal with, extremely honest, and very competitive on pricing. After being misled and overquoted by a few other local pool repair companies, I reached out to DFW Pool Services. They took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and provided a clear plan to resolve everything at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

In today’s modern world, I feel have no other way to stand up for myself other than writing this review because I feel I have been abandoned. I contacted DFW Pool services in April for a leaking spa. Over the last four months, I spent over a $1000 on a test, service calls, and valve replacements with no resolve of the spa leak. The first test was a $650 leak detector test with a subcontractor and the result was no leak found. The second visit was to replace the pump valves. When the second subcontractor arrived, he didn’t have the parts but I was charged $167 for the service call. The t…
