I bought a house last year from my aunt that came with a 35 year old inground pool, that I knew zero about. I was referred to Dixon Pool by my aunt. They have been amazing to work with and provide quality work and service. Rick and his crew just installed a new liner and steps , and they did an amazing job in an unbelievably short amount of time. April has been amazing with helping me learn about how to operate the pump and learn about chemicals, and I still use them to come out and ensure the water is properly balanced. These guys are hard workers, and it shows!

We've had our pool installed by Dixon now for 4 years and it is still doing well. No problems with liner or pumps. Highly recommended

Got a brand new liner put in from them in 2019 in my in ground pool. My pool liner has came completely out in most spots and now I have to pay thousands of dollars AGAIN to fix the mess they made. We’ve had issues since day 1. Please use someone else.

I purchased a home with an above ground pool that had been installed by Dixon. When I called and gave her my address she was able too give w all the information about my pool. It was getting close to winter so I had to shut it down and I ask about that service she provided me a quote and they were out in a weeks time to winterize the pool and shut it down for me. I will never use any other pool company in the Gaston county Gastonia area besides Dixon Pool‘s, they’re the best
