We had a wonderful experience with Edgewater from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was kind and very knowledgeable. If it wasn’t pouring rain, they were here working on our project! We are so pleased with our new pool (They removed an old pool before starting the new one)! I would highly recommend Edgewater!!

I would absolutely recommend Edgewater Pools. We moved to the Charlotte area in July 2018 from upstate NY. We knew we needed a pool that first summer. We started in Dec 2018/Jan 2019, and met with Mike Stone and the team. Once we decided on Edgewater, low and behold, we find our electrical supply line right where the pool is going. We get Duke to move the line, but that was an unforeseen delay not caused by Edgewater. We had an excellent experience with Edgewater from start to finish. The design experience was very collaborative. They were receptive to all my ideas and my vision completely came to life. There were NO “pool nightmare” experiences here. The only time we waited on anything was with the grill area because we didn’t choose our appliances on time so we had to wait on things to arrive and then we got out of the queue…. Not their fault. We called a couple different pool companies for estimates on our pool. We are so glad that we chose Edgewater Pools to do our project. They were great from Melissa our sales rep to Amy in the office who kept us updated every week on what was going on. Gregg the Quality and Control man explained everything in detail on what we needed and how the whole building a pool process works. The whole crew including Jessie,Jacob,Cary, Kevin all did amazing jobs with the initial dig and equipment set up and land grading and pool start up. We’ve always wanted a pool, but have a very challenging yard that is very steep and narrow. Other companies recommended a six foot retaining wall that was unattractive and expensive.
