This guy rebuilt our spa about 2 years ago, and as soon as he was done, it started leaking. He denied the leak having anything to do with the work he did (what, just a coincidence that it only started leaking immediately after he worked on it?) and wouldn't do anything to fix it. After paying him $3K, we haven't been able to afford more work on it and haven't been able to use the spa since.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Germaine is from Estuardo’s. Our hot tub failed during the pandemic, and our autistic son really needs to be able to use the hot tub. Germaine came out same day we called, ordered the necessary parts, and came back as soon as they were received. He spent a full day here and didn’t leave til it was fixed. He even checked back to make sure all was still ok. He is great!

Germaine does a good job cleaning the pool the problem is his worker doesn’t. He is also slow to respond and doesn’t follow through on what he says. Look elsewhere.

I called him last week he answered on the second call he seem frustrated that I was asking questions he said that the fee for diagnostic on it is 125.00 I said no problem he further implied that if someone tired to work on it before him that he would walk away from the job I let him know that no one had tired to fix it set the appointment he never showed didn’t answer any call or text message, makes me feel very nervous because he has my address. 🤦🏽‍♂️
