From start to finish, working with Expert pools and Greg was a great experience. Greg answered any questions we had and was very quick to return calls or texts. We are extremely happy with the new addition to our yard!

Do not use this company! Terrible work and terrible service! Sold me a “new” fiberglass pool that I later found out they LIED and actually purchased from another pool installer not from manufacturer . 2 weeks after installation we noticed cracks all around the pool. Greg the owner would not take responsibility or stand behind his product or installation he swore at me yelled at me and hung up on me I had to work with Latham the manufacturer myself because Greg was useless. STAY AWAY EXPERT POOL BUILDERS!!!! Worst pool contract ever!! Greg Hoover and Expert Pool Builders are untruthful, deceiving, and unprofessional by every means! His deceptive practices and continued scams ended up with a counter Claim law suit with a BIG win for us! Stay far away from this company and his other entities with his family! See pictures of the unwarrantable pool he put in and his hired out of a phone book contractors he never met. If negative star rating were an option it would be unlimited!

I also was hesitant to use expert pool builders because of reviews but our friends used them and they did a great job there so we gave them a chance. I can’t be any more happier with Greg, Joey, Jesse & Chris. We love our pool & how it turned out. Working with them was a pleasure.I’d refer them to anyone.They promised me I’d be able to have a Labor Day pool party and it happened. The owner has no respect for women and doesn’t stand by his product or his team even when his installers are the reason that our pool is damaged! These aren’t marks from the molds this pool was made in as the owner alleged. Latham confirmed this when they came out and inspected and said it’s from improper storage and installation of the pool. Thank God they were kind enough to still warranty an eco-finish. Unfortunately the eco-finish also didn’t hold up. The owner is a terrible businessman. Don’t do business with Expert Pool Builders. Updating my review: After sharing my concerns, the company reached out and resolved the issue quickly. Becky was kind, helpful, and understanding. Although the issue wasn’t actually on their end, they still took our frustration seriously and arranged for someone to come out right away to open and clean the pool. If I could give 10 stars I would! The work they do is top quality. They left my yard nicer and cleaner than it was before the pool! The communication with them was exceptional. If your putting in an inground pool, this is the company to choose. From start to finish the whole experience was smooth. Thank you guys!
