We hired Tropix to transform our backyard into the entertaining space of our dreams and they did not disappoint. From the initial consultation, to the last day of the job, Tropix staff was professional, attentive, and accessible. Tropix has been maintaining my pool for several years, and I have been very happy with their service. John Reece is the pool tech, and he is awesome, he really takes the time to do a great job, is always ready if I have any questions, and lets me know if there’s anything out of the ordinary needed. Tropix Pools has been fantastic and a complete solution for my pool maintenance. The technician, Triston, always arrives punctually on the exact day and time he is scheduled to come. His responsibility is excellent, and his service, attitude, and willingness are unbeatable. Triston is a great person, always ready to help and solve any issues with the pool.
