This was my second thermal pool from EZ Pool and it was a custom 10' X 10'. Simon LeCree and Hank Jr. where great to work with on ordering it, etc! I had some minor problems with the delivery and set up but they were easy to work with and very helpful. I love my thermal pool and when I am in Florida I use it nearly every evening outside on the water!!! I highly recommend the EZ Pool Company!

This company was contracted by my grandmother. When they came to give her a quote they seemed friendly and professional and a contract was made up to re-plaster the pool and re-do the tile and fix the pool light. As you can see in the photos below the original pool tile and plaster was from the 70’s and needed a face lift. In the second photo you can see finished. At first glance it seems well done and such an improvement however, I noticed something was off and wondered why there was a full box of tile left in the yard. Great company to work with. People were very knowledgeable about their pools and how to help customers assemble them. I have had several pools over the years for kids, but our EZ Pool was a great investment. Saved us thousands of dollars compared to going with a traditional pool. The people at EZ Pools were friendly, easy to work with, and always available. I even texted several times after hours and still got a response. We bought an EZ pool in 2005 and have enjoyed it for 14 years. We lost all the communication with the company and went to the internet. We were confused by all the variations but google helped us find the right company. When we called, they had all our records from when we bought the pool. We were so impressed. The kids were all grown and my wife and I wanted to do a lap pool. We initially looked at in-ground, but we were advised that Minnesota ground temps get so cold they can crack the concrete over time. We bought a custom product to use as a large baptistry for our church. Working with the team at EZ Pool was a pleasure and the product is amazing. This company has excellent products, great customer service and terrific follow up with their customers. Highly recommend them!
