Last house we had I swore we would not get another pool. But with the heat in the summer and new grandkids we started shopping. Ken and Mandi sell and install the best fiberglass pools in the business. We had many models to choose from and chose a smaller pool with shallow sitting area for kids and chairs. We’ve had the best experience with Fiberglass Pools of the Carolinas!! Our pool was installed quickly, professionally and ahead of schedule! Ken and Mandi have been very responsive throughout the whole process. They have continued to help us even after when we’ve had questions and issues. We are thrilled with our pool and would highly recommend them!

We could not have asked for a better experience with a pool company! From our first contact, Jason, to the last contact, Mandi, and everyone in between, we have been 100% satisfied! Installation was fascinating and the crew were all so professional and pleasant! Mandi took care of us every step of the way with every detail, and is even still following up on everything with us! Our pool is beautiful and very easy to maintain! We can recommend Fiberglass Pools of the Carolinas very highly!

We had another pool before we moved and was so stressed out beginning to end with someone else, wish I had used Alaglas of Charleston for that one. We live and learn. This new pool installation has been 100 percent the most amazing process!! 🥰 Mandi is AMAZING! Everyone has been professional from Contract with Jason to install with Ken to Concrete and we passed our electric inspection the first time and Mandi in the office kept it a smooth process. We love our Alaglas pool. The team at Alaglas did a wonderful job installing our pool and concrete. They kept in constant communication with us before the process began and were honest with the timeline. Our pool passed inspection the first time with no issues. Even after 8 months we text Mandi with questions, she immediately responses. After belonging to a fb for pool owners and reading so many horror stories I realize how smooth and headache free our experience was with Alaglas of Charleston.

I wish I did not have to give a bad review but unfortunately I do. We’ve had our pool for 4 years and last year it got a hairline crack. I contacted Mandi at Fiberglass pools of the Carolina’s and with a lot of going back and forth over a YEAR the warranty form was filled out and sent to Alaglas. They came out to do the repair and found out Mandi and her team had not installed the WellPoint so the pool could not be drained to complete the repair. We are very unsatisfied with our experience with this company. The communication was poor and we never knew what was happening leading up to the installation. We came home one day and there was the wrong color pool on our lawn. The pool placement was different from where we discussed and the fiberglass was installed so quickly and they didn’t take the time to fill it in properly which has lead to cracking within the first year. There were issues with white spots in the fiberglass and they put us off over and over claiming they were “researching it”. We’ve had to have our pump replaced a…

With all the things can can and will go wrong with getting a pool, I’m glad I went with these folks. They’ve been doing this a long time and have seen it all. I felt like I was in very capable hands. They installed a high quality shell (watertite margarita, 30x14) and the concrete job was absolutely superb. The price was right too. I had a lot of questions - Mandi answered every one, and always responded within 24 hours when the ball was in her court. Thank you Fiberglass Pools of the Carolina’s for making the experience a positive one.
