I never write reviews but this one was needed. Highly recommend this pool company! Super professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Roberto actually cares about the quality of his work and it shows. Communication was great, everything was done on time, and my pool has never looked better. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, this is it. My pool looks absolutely amazing! Wow!

9/10/2024 . I encourage all to assess any positive reviews as fake. It never ends. The cage company stopped by because Fountain Pools NEVER got the cage final inspection done! Unlike fountain pools, the cage company always knocks on the door and says what they are doing. I just checked with the city and Fountain Pools has not scheduled the final electrical and pool inspection. They turned the pool over to me on 5 March. I had a great experience with Fountain Pools from start to finish. The team was professional and easy to work with and made the entire process of building an underground pool smooth and stress free. Communication was great throughout and they were always available to answer questions. The quality of the work is excellent and the pool turned out beautiful. I am extremely happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Fountain Pools to anyone considering an underground pool.

Update 1/2024 - Yesterday I was told that my “animosity” was not needed by current project manager when I asked and offered to call the cage company myself in an attempt to get install date. (Enhanced Aluminum is another subcontracted bad hire.) No one works for the customer at Fountain Pools. I would appreciate her putting time into getting our pool completed rather than telling me how I should be or not be. My husband and I have been very fair and level headed to Fountain. Extended them much more patience than deserved. We are taking legal action now. Run & run so far away from Fountain Poo…

I got the best service i could with Fountain pools. Unlike a lot of businesses that just try to talk about the dollar the staff saw what it was like from the customers perspective showing me the highlights of their services and what is to gain from the services offered. Would definitely recommend to any person looking for pool service.
