We did our pool little over 3 weeks and had Super sharks do pool renovation and patio stone. From engaging with Derek on the sales effort to working with Mark who oversaw and managed the whole effort to Matt who was project manager all were exceptional. Easy to work with and they always kept me first in making sure I was satisfied. The 3 crews that performed all the work were exceptional was so impressed in their craftsmanship and the pride in their work/results. Our pool renovation and out beautiful like a brand new pool!!! Thanks to the whole Super Shark team and their crews!

After dealing with overpriced and less than competent service providers, Andy and Steve from Super Shark replaced our pool filter and pump without a hitch. They are responsive when called, quick to schedule the work, and explained the repair process until all my questions were answered. Reliable and credible services.

Had a great experience with Super Shark Pools. Our automation stopped working so we had no pump or salt chlorinator. Called on Saturday and phone call was promptly returned first thing Monday morning. Explained my issue to Steve and he showed up same day to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a defective board in the automation. I’ll definitely be using Super Shark Pools for all my future pool needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Also shout out to Joe for getting everything scheduled promptly. Great job guys….

Steve did a great job with our pool refurb. On time, on budget and helped us work through some design challenges along the way. We’re very happy with Super Shark and our new pool!

We had such a great experience with Super Shark Pools, especially Andy! As new pool owners, we had a lot to learn, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, helped us figure out what was causing our problem, and even fixed a leak we didn’t realize we had until he was there. He was calm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. We’ll definitely be using Super Shark Pools (and Andy!) for all of our future pool needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Jeff installed a new pump and control panel for my pool. He did a great job, was prompt for his scheduled appointment time. He made all the necessary adjustments and instructed me how to use the new equipment. Would highly recommend Super Shark Pools and Jeff DeFord

Even though I'm probably at the southern edge of their service area south of the city of Sarasota Andy, the technician, arrived the day after I called, on time and efficiently replaced a worn out pump/motor with a brand new unit.
