Garland Decks & Patios built our new deck and pergola. They came when they said they would and had made good progress before I got back home. The team was friendly and made sure our pets were safe by keeping the gate closed. Tracy was easy to work with and responded promptly to calls and texts, they are the best company I've been searching for. I'm very happy with their service and would happily recommend them to others.

Garland Decks & Patios made our carport/raised deck, and we're really happy with how it turned out. Working with Roger on the design and construction was great. He worked together with the engineer to make sure it was both safe and looked the way we wanted, then built it exactly to our expectations. I highly recommend him for any kind of deck or outdoor project.

Garland Decks & Patios were amazing! They provided a quick and professional quote. The best part was they started the project right away, and their estimate was accurate. They did a Great job! Tracy and Adrian are exceptional (and the crew is great too). The thing that 1st impressed me was the thoroughness of the initial inspection. They made sure they found all the problems and knew everything that needed to be done before they gave me a quote, so there were no surprise charges. (They examined the area better than any of the other contractors) The work was done well and in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. The new balcony looks Great! I met with Roger from Garland Decks & Patios, and he was very prepared and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and even gave a professional presentation about their company. Shortly after our meeting, I received a detailed quote with different design options. The whole process was very professional and organized.
