These guys are great! I called feeling pretty clueless about why my spa stopped working and they didn't make me feel bad about it. They offered quick trouble shooting, had an easy escalation option, and were out to address the problem very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Very poor service. Have not completed the work they agreed to perform. Pool continues to be dirty and testing shows no presence of chemicals being added after supposed visit. Attempting to charge for work that was not completed. Communication is very poor.

Very knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain things to you so you can understand and learn about your spas. Very kind. Prices are very doable and the work speaks for itself. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Permanent repeat customer here!

Excellent experience! Spent 20 minutes helping me understand how to better care for my hot tub. Even spoke highly of some competitor’s products that they feel like would do the trick for me.
