I have dealt with Kendall and Ruben this week. Both were very professional but more importantly they were kind. I asked for a quote for pool cleanings regularly from Kendall and thought it was a fair price. It was too much for merighy now but maybe in a few months. So instead I took pool school with Ruben. I feel very confident that I can maintain the pool on my own for the next few months.

My weekly pool service with Hacienda was initially excellent. After the snow/ice storm in February 2021, I had pvc pipes that froze and cracked. The company informed me that they could repair the damage. Despite multiple promises from the cleaning technician, it took until May to have them repaired. When I returned home after the repair was finished, I turned on the pump and it still leaked. I was promised many more times that it would be repaired soon. Hacienda Pools weekly service is fantastic! They are very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, reliable, and always willing to share their expertise. As first-time pool owners we are super grateful for their support!

(Not the same company, sold last year) I have used Hacienda Pools before and was very pleased with the work they had done. In April I requested pool service, because if the freeze they were very backed up, that was understandable. I need a new filter and multiport valve installed along with a couple of two way valves. On July 28th I went to the store and was told the filter was in but they were waiting for the two way valves, that they would be out mid August to do the repairs. On Aug 24th I went into the store to check the status and was told even though three of the filters was in plain sigh…

After using the company since 2014, they have recently closed/not shown up or answered any messages. It has been over 2 weeks since trying to contact them with no response.
