I live at a very nice apartment complex. They hire this company's lifeguards. For 6 years we've had great lifeguards that keep the pool clean and safe. This year we have a young man, named Mark who keeps the pool safe and clean and is very vigilant with safety. He, is also very personable. This company clearly hires the best.

We love HSP for our property pool needs of maintenance and lifeguard services. Highly recommend. They are constantly caring for our pool and checking diligently for safety of the water for our tenants. The were timely in the closing of the pool and maintenance throughout the year. I am impressed with the weekly reporting Reginal Manager did, any concerns were addressed immediately, good job Nikola Durovic! You won't be disappointed in their services and are looking forward to another year of High Sierra Pools, Inc.

This summer brought challenges in managing all four pools, resulting in only three being opened. Despite this, both Dobrin and Sara rose to the occasion, addressing overcrowding at the open pools with outstanding professionalism. Sara kept our office informed of any issues, while Dobrin went above and beyond to ensure Sara and her team had everything they needed to succeed. We greatly appreciate their efforts and look forward to working with both Sara and Dobrin again in the 2025 pool season.

Sharing this publicly because I have lived at my residence for 15 years and NEVER have I had an unpleasant summer at our pool because of a single life guard. She has been on her phone when children are in the pool away from her station. Takes a 15 minutes break every hour on the hour ( never had I had to get out of the pool so often. I grab a child that jumped in to the pool after a ball and went under with no swimmies right in front of her. I grab him and SHE DIDN'T MOVE. The mother was so grateful. She eats at her station after her breaks all day long even when children are in the pool. Isn'…
