Great experience. I believe that Honest Pools holds up to their name. The monthly charge is reasonable and the owner is very easy to work with. I have had problems in the past but now, my pool has never looked so good.

We had an eight year old pool pump with failing bearings. Each day, it became louder and louder, reaching a deafening decibel. After several days of unresponsive service and runarounds, called Honest Pool Care in the morning and they successfully replaced the pump that afternoon - at a great price. And their service technician, Charlie, was superb, knowledgeable and did an excellent installation. The company lives up to their name!

We found ourselves overseas with a problem with our pool filler floater device needing replacement. It hadn't been replaced by our regular service folks, who had lied telling they had done it after we left for our trip. Instead, it broke a few days after our departure with water was escaping down our back alley. Thank goodness our house sitter saw this and turned off our water !
