I am so pleased with my basement finishing! I highly recommend this company. They were honest and fair and communicated effectively. I loved working with Max, my project manager. He was patient and always helped me understand what was happening and worked with me throughout the whole project! Everyone that I worked with was professional and did their jobs. I love my beautiful Basement!

We had such a great experience working with this company! From the very beginning, Danny made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Our contractor, Bailey, was fantastic—communicative, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. The whole team was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. Not only did they stick to the timeline, but they worked efficiently without ever sacrificing quality. We’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, hard-working crew!

Panden is seriously filled with the greatest people to work with. We had water damage behind our washer and other companies said it would take weeks to take care of and would cost a HUGE amount of money. I was so stressed! With One call to Dan with Panden- he had it looking better than before the water damage within 24 hours. The worker was amazing, kind and really made sure we were taken care of! Dan even had him check other other spots to make sure water wasn’t going to become an issue in different locations. Working with Panden has been awesome. We used them for a few projects right after we bought our home and then for an emergency fix after we had some water damage from our washer breaking. They were so dedicated to coming in and getting the projects done. Dan is great and really makes sure people feel taken care of. He and everyone who he has sent over are super friendly and great to work with. Everything he has done for us got done quickly and it was at a really good price. Any time I need something done I know who my first call is.

We didn't use Panden Construction for their amazing services, but after our interaction with them, we for sure will in the future. We actually detailed a few of their company vehicles for the owners and some of their construction trucks. We actually detail a ton of contractor vehicles for several construction and excavation companies throughout Utah. Absolutely the best choice going with Panden, Alex our PM was super hands on and had all phases of construction lined up one after the other. Our whole basement took only weeks. If you choose to go with PANDEN know they will expect great work from themselves and their trades. If that is not what you are getting, speak up and request a change. Our basement project did not go as smoothly as expected. We ran into numerous issues and I was not able to be as hands off as promised. But I kept with it and kept holding them to this exceptional standard they promise. After not delivering the experience I was sold they did try to make it right, but that does not negate our experience. I think they will be better for their future customers because of what we went through.
