Johnson Custom Pool remodeled our pool. They installed new coping and replastered the pool. Overall, I am happy with their work. There were a few kinks, but Amber was always there to make things right. I also loved that this company did not require a huge payment upfront, I was very hesitant about that. We have all heard horror stories about pool companies.

zero stars...Stay away from this company. They built our pool about five years ago, and it was dragged out by months because of poor staffing/sub-contracting and poor prioritizing of multiple jobs. They had horrible communication, almost never giving us updates on when people would or would not come. Now, four years later, our hot tub is broke. They came out last year to supposedly "fix" it but it broke again this year. I called to have them fix it again and no one showed up for the appointment to look at the problem. I emailed them several days later and apparently their staff just let themselves into our backyard without telling us to diagnose the problem. We had them order a part and schedule us to fix it in two weeks. No one came to the appointment (again). No one bothered to notify us that the appointment would be missed or to reschedule. I had to email them about 4 days later to see what happened. Then they reschedule us again for a week later. Again, nobody shows up and no communication. My wife and I took turns to wait at home both days. Nobody came. I emailed them about 5 days later to complain and say I would never use their company again. And a note on their "communication:" No greetings in emails, no names or company info or phone numbers at the bottom, you don't know who you are talking to, and no complete sentences or professional formatting. This company simply does not care about customers or communicating with customers in a professional way.

The website does a great job of high lighting completed projects.
