We interviewed 6 different pool companies before deciding to go with Joy Pools. We were blown away by Todd’s design. It was far better than any of the others and we couldn’t beat their pricing. Todd was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, even during the construction phase of the pool, he checked in on how we felt about the process. Communication from Diane in the office was wonderful and she kept us well informed of next steps. If something came up, we felt seen and heard. Joy Pools has built 2 of our pools, and we have been very happy with the building process, customer service, and maintenance. Their entire team is an absolute delight to deal with. We looked at 3 pool companies and picked Joy. They were not the lowest price and not the highest, but they were AMAZING to work with. Their pool designer Todd took our ideas and created and fabulous concept. Their builders then executed it flawlessly. Great communication and they always made sure they did what was right - not necessarily what was cheap for them. If you are looking to add a pool - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reed, Terry, Diane, and Greg made us feel like we were their only customer.

We had Joy Pools build our last 2 pools. They do fantastic work. Reed, Terry, Diane and Todd all make the job seamless from beginning to end. They are always responsive and flexible and without a doubt, the best pool builder in Texas. They will certainly be doing our next pool. Highly recommended pool builder! We recently had Joy Pools install a pool and outdoor kitchen. The experience went surprisingly smooth from start to finish. Todd was great in helping us with the design, Reed kept everything on time and informed us of the process the entire time. The result is a backyard oasis with an amazing pool and kitchen.

My fiance and I decided to build a pool, and after talking with Todd about everything we wanted, we sat down with Todd and Reed and they showed us the perfect pool for our backyard. Everyone we worked with was exemplary. They answered every question we ever had about the plans, the dig, the build, and the finished product. From top to bottom every one we talked to made sure to communicate as best they could with each requests we had. We were so pleased with the pool and we cannot recommend them enough to everyone we know that is interested in building their own custom pool.
