Juarez Pools did a fabulous job creating our backyard oasis. They listened to what we wanted and designed it exactly the way we wanted. Would highly recommend all their services.

1st off the communication was great. The install went very smooth without any glitches (except for the 1 snow day). I knew what I wanted and they offered their suggestions and saved me money in the long run. The crew was amazing. Can't think of any negatives. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new pool. Customer service was also great. I had a lot of questions being a 1st time pool owner. They always was willing to answer any of my questions , even if they was kinda silly. . Sam and Mark and their team at Juarez Excavating & Fiberglass Pools are personable, knowledgeable and easily accessible during the building process. Our pool was started in early November and was completed by Christmas due to a pool house being built at the same time and some late fall/early winter weather. The process went smoothly and their workers really knew what they were doing. It was a step by step process and they performed beautifully. Juárez installed our fiberglass, saltwater pool in the spring of 2023 and did an outstanding job! They employ a team of extremely hard workers and have been responsive to our every question and need since that time. They recently opened our pool for the 2024 season and went above and beyond to troubleshoot why our pool heater wasn’t working. A mouse had chewed through one of the wires and they took it upon themselves to fix it to ensure our heater was functional. We would recommend Juárez for all of your pool needs!

Sam and his team at Juarez Excavating & Fiberglass Pools are fantastic to work with! We had Sam and his team build us a fiberglass pool in the spring of 2023. Aside from confirming the final position of the pool we were rarely needed onsite. Our pool turned out perfect the guys at juarez excavating and pools do great work. I wish the communication with the guys in charge was better I would have gave them a 5 star. Over all our family is very happy with our pool.

Juarez was professional and efficient when installing my pool. They kept me up to date on what was happening and provided me with options. We ended up with the pool we wanted and enjoyed the season. I highly recommend them!

From Travis (our sales guy), to the young guy at their shop, to the guys in the field doing the work, to the owner Mark... They've all been so professional and responsive. We've had a great experience. Clean jobsite. Addressed our concerns the same day. Seriously, highly recommend! And we love our pool! 🩵
