We had an excellent experience with Premier Pools & Spas in Des Moines (Johnston)! We dealt mostly with Ben (our sales guy) and Aaron. They were extremely knowledgeable and made this experience easy from the selection process through delivery, installation, pool school and beyond. We had one issue and they took care of it immediately - better than we expected them to! After a horrible experience our first time trying to get a pool with another company - we’re so glad we had them do our pool (we only wish we found them 5 years ago)! We would highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas!
They were great to work with before, during and after the build. Installing a pool for our family has been the best decision. We have created so many memories and have become the destination spot for our kids and their friends. Which is what we wanted, our kids and their friends wanting to hang out at our house. Mike
Prompt, professional swimming pool contractor! Delivered on-time project and continue to provide excellent service after the install. Have now opened a service branch that can take care of all of your ongoing service and maintenance needs. I recommend them to everyone I speak to who is considering installing a pool!

Premier Pools and Spas did a great job on my pool! They have been easy to work with and went out of their way to work with the city inspector to determine the best fit for my pool within city easement restrictions. They dealt directly with the city and I didn’t have to spend any time figuring all of that out! They started construction when they said they would and kept me informed the entire time about next steps. They have been very responsive and answer all of my many questions. We spent over $140,000 on our pool just 2½ years ago, and unfortunately our experience with Premier Pool & Spa has been extremely disappointing. Our automatic pool cover has been a problem since day one. In fact, the very first cover they attempted to install was too large. The replacement has never fit correctly either. It has never laid flat or stayed tight across the pool. It has always bulged, bunched up, and looked like it was the wrong size, so we knew from the beginning that something wasn’t right.
