We have been wanting this pool built for 3 years and due to unexpected life challenges, started the process 3 times! Blake was super patient with us through that process. Once the build was started, Joe Ray was extremely communicative. We knew what was happening through every step of the build and they quickly handled any issues that came up along the way. We are extremely happy with our new pool and spa!

Klapprodt Pools built our pool and has serviced it for 3+ years. As new pool owners we had a lot to learn. Justin is our pool service tech has been there every step of the way. We appreciate his advice, expertise and patience. Such a great guy! Our dogs look forward to his weekly visits too.

Jayda has been servicing our pool for a little over 2 1/2 years. She is amazing at her job! She makes sure your pool and spa is up and run all year long. She is at our home each week on time as schedule. If she’s going to be out she notifies me and lets me know who’s going to cover for her. I appreciate all she does.. 😊😊

So happy we went with this company. We love our pool and the patience they gave us during the design process was so appreciated! Especially picking the plaster!! Excellent customer service!

Such an amazing experience with Klapprodt. We did our research and asked around there are so many builders in the area but finally went with Klapprodt when we found consistent and honest feedback from folks we knew that built pools with them. At the same time we built our pool we have several friends put theirs in too and they did not have the same pleasant experience as we did. We love our pool and love our customer service manager Travis!

Purchased a new home with a Klapprodt pool remodel. As a new homeowner I wanted some assistance - called them multiple times and left messages, and also sent emails. Not one call back or email response. Maybe the name has reputation and they're too busy, but I'll never try to contact them again.

Best design and build experience ever! The team was honest, accurate, accountable and on schedule. Joe Ray is the construction foreman and is involved in every detail of the process - before, during and after construction. His experience and knowledge are unmatched. He was on site nearly every day of the construction phase and when I needed something 6 months after installation was complete - he responded the same day and resolved the issue within hours. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Joe Ray and the Klapprodt team.

Would not recommend. Our home's previous owners had them install a pool when the house was brand new and it's clear there were problems from the start. There was a crack in the hot tub that was 'patched' and after having to add water all the time we hired a company to do a leak test, where they found sections of pipe that had been damaged with the installation. So instead of replacing that at the time, they just left the damaged section of pipe, which of course became worse over time.
