We had a great experience with Selah Pools from start to finish. Caleb did an outstanding job on the design—every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the pool itself to the landscaping and outdoor kitchen. Selah pools came out and repaired some cracks and replastered the pool. The whole experience was amazing. I just found Selah pools on Google and gave them a try. John was a pleasure to work with communicative, professional, and timely. They showed up everyday they were scheduled and the project was completed very quickly. We had Selah do a renovation on our pool and we could not be happier with the results. From the initial meetings with Caleb, to the final walk through with John, we were incredibly impressed by the quality of work that was completed. Our renovation had several unexpected issues that came up along the way, but John went above and beyond to walk us through our options and come up with the best possible solution. Worst people to work with! They come and go as they please. Customer schedules mean nothing. Caleb from the sales department is unprofessional and attempts to deflect when Selah does not meet their own standard. I do not care about other peoples pools, our pool is my concern. Run away from this builder.

STOP - BUYERS BEWARE Don't waist your time but most of all don't waist your MONEY with Selah Pools. The WORST pool builders in the DFW metroplex! They do not warranty their work, make excuses for poor craftmanship and will not follow through. Spent lots of money with them and it was a complete disappointment. Attempted to allow them to fix the problems but they just kept pushing back. Now they don't even respond to phone calls and emails.
