Their work is beautiful! They are there for you every step of the way. Explain every process. They can work within your budget also. It's been 3 years and everything is still perfect. Any warranty issues they come right out. They were transparent about everything. They treated us like family.

We built our pool about three years ago. Crystal produced a design that we fell in love with. She did a great job! It went downhill from there. I caught two mistakes as Steve was drawing out the pool in the yard that could have been disastrous. Still the pool isn't at the right elevation. Our "tanning ledge" that was supposed to be able to have a lounger on it is about a foot too deep. The pool overall ended up deeper than it should be in all places. Then I had to basically manage the project for Steve. Be careful with the contract as what you are signing puts you paying the full amount before the work is finished. I withheld payment as leverage to get the job finished but Steve got angry and sent texts to me, including his lawyer, that were unprofessional. They felt that I didn't need to withhold payment to ensure they got the work done. I went ahead and paid and thank goodness they finished the job. We were unhappy with the rough plaster job and couldn't get Legacy to resolve the work. About 9 months later or so I got a call from another lawyer working for the plaster company who Legacy had never paid. Legacy responded that they were withholding payment as leverage against the plaster company to come out and fix the plaster. It was interesting to me that they didn't want me to withhold the final payment as leverage but were more than willing to do that to the plaster company. We just got finished (literally two weeks ago) with a $5,000 repair on the spa spillover due to Legacy not using the right products for the glass tile. I think Steve and Crystal are good people and perhaps things are better now but at the time we built our pool they seemed in over their head. All in all we do enjoy our pool but it should be more enjoyable to spend $100k and the pool shouldn't have to have a $5,000 repair within 3 years.

Original scheduling issue due to covid related problems but to their credit the owner reached out and was very professional. I appreciate protecting your business reputation and look forward to possibly working with you.

This time 3 years ago we were preparing to tear up the backyard for a pool. It was exciting but scary. 3 years later we are still confident it was one of the best decisions we ever made. We’ve already made loads of memories And had tons of fun in our pool and spa! Thanks Steve & Crystal for doing such a good job and putting our fears at ease.

We have had our pool/spa for one year and we are still as thrilled with it today as the day we put the water in. Steve and Crystal are an amazing duo to work with. We looked at a few pool builders before deciding. What really made Legacy stand out for us was their ability to see our vision and their commitment to customer service. They took our families wants and needs into consideration and made some fantastic suggestions. The outcome surpassed what we envisioned. Their project manager was fantastic. The crews were great and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We love to refer them to friends...we know they will deliver! We would do it all again in a heartbeat.

My husband are in the early stages of the pool process and wanted to share our experience thus far working with Crystal at Legacy Pools. During our initial meeting, Crystal was extremely thorough. She took the time to understand what was important to my family, how we wanted to utilize our outdoor space, what our design style was and the budget we wanted to stay within. Within a few days, Crystal quickly turned around an initial design which we reviewed and altered slightly. During this process, Crystal was extremely open to our changes. She was never critical or put off by our suggestions. She offered to take us to view the pools of existing customers and provided us with a list of references. In the end she created a beautiful 3D design that was within our budget and that met our expectations. Crystal’s responsiveness, professionalism, integrity and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction is why we have chosen Legacy Pools.

We met with 12 reputable pool companies around Austin, including all of the big ones, and our choice was an easy one to make. Legacy was professional, personable and easy to work with from beginning to end. They were open and transparent about each stage and always communicated about where we were in the process. We had an idea for the kind of pool we wanted; Legacy made it come to life and created a backyard oasis even better than we imagined -- within our budget. And they continued to follow up to ensure we were happy with the final product. It's a lot of money and trust to put into one company; we are very happy we chose the right one!
