Pool installed August 2024. Visibly and significantly damaged by fall 2024 — within weeks of installation. Wave-like lines and gelcoat damage across every wall and the floor of a brand new $98,000 pool. This pool was sold with a 35-year surface warranty. It did not last 13 months. Every single maintenance visit since installation was performed exclusively by Leisure Pools of Toronto — the installing contractor. Buyer beware! Our pool is eleven years into an alleged 35 year warranty. Over this winter while the pool was closed and covered ours experienced a catastrophic structural failure. We submitted a claim and followed up with a phone call where we were told that it would take six days to even look at the claim. We were also told to use JB Weld and Flex Seal tape to temporarily repair the leak. Their warranty documentation expressly states that would void the warranty. Following up 8 days later were told that it would be six to eight weeks before they could do a site visit and that the repair would…

Nearly caused a pile-up. The truck carrying these pools, marked as over-sized load, was weaving in and out of traffic. The follow vehicle would drive in the middle of two lanes and not let anyone pass while the over-sized load truck would pass other semi's and cars causing some to slam on their brakes. Two lane highway. We were behind him for about a half hour, before he decided to let us pass. The driver was well prepared for his picture giving us a smug smile and a wave. Keep two hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road driver. Just dangerous.
