Every time I have been in the store the people have been friendly and willing to help. Here is my issue. Last year lipps recommended a contractor to me to repair the concrete around my ungrounded pool. The contractor stole my 6500 dollar deposit and never came back. I understand that was not lipps but maybe they should do their research before recommending people. I later found out that the contractor they recommended to me has over 15 lawsuits against him, including class action lawsuits, so thank you lipps for that. This year I gave them another chance. Purchasing a pool is a huge investment and Lipps really understands that. Our situation was a little unique where we actually moved to the area from out of state but knew we were going to install a pool in our new home. We reached out to several pool companies around the area and from the start the interactions with the Lipps team was far superior to any of the competition. This place is great! Great work and customer service, the people in the store are very educated and will walk you through any problems with your pool. Most of these bad reviews look like crybabies who can't read a contract or a closed sign. The redhead at the counter is a good guy who is very cool.

Great! Always have a great experience here. The staff is incredible. They always have the parts I am looking for and guide me through my bullshit questions. I won’t go anywhere else. The traffic getting in is TERRIBLE!! Other than that, they always have everything I need. A tip: get all of your supplies in one go, that way you don’t have to come back for stuff each time like I do. Prices are a little on the higher side, but in my opinion, if you’re coming into a pool store and looking for something, and they have that something you’re looking for…. Just buy it!

This was our first experience purchasing a above ground pool, we had a great experience with our sells rep Terri Lee, she was on top of our oder even when the distributor was laging behind on our order. The price was excellent and the contractor who installed had the pool done the day of delivery. Getting sand and water was even helped by contractor, I would recommend their services. Always ask for Terri or Mike. Ours was a 28ft with a 6ft deep end above ground doughboy. The contracted they used was Justin Dollenmeyer who was excellent.
