Jessi is a great person to work with. She stayed on our sauna. We ordered a sauna had a slight problem when it would come in. So then decided to take the floor model from Sun Prairie and it had 6 major dings on it. She said to keep using and when the new one comes it they will swap it out. It came they delivered and it is amazing. I would recommend Patio Pleasures pools and Spas and ask for Jessi!!!

We recently had a fiberglass swimming pool put in as part of our new home construction. Patio Pleasures was excellent at helping us find the perfect pool! We are new pool owners so there is quite a learning curve in making sure we had all the information we needed to get the right pool and to learn how to take care of it properly. Had a new liner put in our in ground pool. They did a great job. Liner looks great and they did a great job of cleaning stuff too. Definitely recommend Bachmann.
